Of Silks aims to ensure that our customer is pleased with the product(s) and we endeavor to provide the best to you. Our team of experts do a rigorous check in terms of the fabric’s quality, its color, its quantity as per the order number and code, before it is ready for dispatch, in order to deliver you the correct and right product. In case you are not satisfied with the quality of the product or service, we allow a return of the product. 

Our Returns / Exchange and Refund Policy terms are as follows:

  • You may change/cancel your order if it is not yet processed. Please get in touch with us at [email protected] with your order number and your request.
  • International orders are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged or refunded due to certain customs duty norms and policies of each country.
  • We carry out strict quality checks before delivery. But if you find that the product is damaged, kindly email us the picture(s) of the product within 48 hours of the order receipt. Once the order damage is confirmed, we will reprint your order and will deliver it to you. For domestic orders, we will arrange the pick-up once we confirm it. For international orders, you do not have to return the fabric. 
  • Our Return policy is not applicable for fabric orders measuring below 3 meters.
  • If the product is damaged, kindly send us the picture of the product within 48 hours of the order receipt. Once the order damage is confirmed, we will deliver a fresh product to you.
  • The product(s) may be returned within 3 days from the date of receipt only if you consider them to not be in the quantity you ordered or if the product is damaged or has a major defect or is different from what you ordered.
  • We quality control all our shipping and packaging processes, but in rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving your order with pictures at [email protected] and we will take care of the rest.
  • In case you receive a different product from what you ordered, we will exchange the product free of cost and will send the original product ordered. But please note that it has to be intimated to us via email on [email protected] immediately or within 48 hours on receipt of the product. Hence, we request you to check the product received immediately upon receipt.
  • Sale products are non-returnable. Exchange or Refund will not be made against a non-returnable product unless the product is defected/damaged or the product is not what you ordered.
  • Kindly ensure that the returned product is unused, unworn, unwashed, unstitched and in an undamaged condition.
  • Do not cut the fabric. The fabric must be in the original cut length. If it is cut, it cannot be returned. The fabrics are marked on both ends.
  • We have a Reverse Pickup service. We will arrange for a representative of the courier company to collect the product from you in 3-5 working days for domestic orders only (India). Please keep the parcel ready and we request you to maintain the original packaging as you have received it and enclose a copy of the bill or a paper with your order number. In case your pin code is not serviceable by our team, you will need to courier the product back to us at your own cost.
  • If you cancel the order, any amount paid shall be credited back into the requested bank account. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking or Wallet, you will receive the refund into the source account within 10 – 15 working days from the time of order cancellation.
  • If the order is returned by you, shipping charges will be deducted from the amount and the remaining amount will be credited.
  • If COUPON CODE is applied and the order is returned then the discount will be deducted from the amount and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • In case of multiple orders, a single product is returned and a coupon code is applied, then the discount will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • If you return the product, the amount paid for prepaid orders, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • It will take approximately 15 – 25 working days for you to receive a replacement product or a refund after we receive the product.


  • The details of the product (for instance weight, color, size, etc.) quoted with the product displays are only the approximate values. 
  • There may be slight variation in the actual color as compared to how it appears on the website. 
  • Please note no returns shall be accepted because of color and description discrepancy. 
  • Products which are embellished with sequins / beads may have a tendency to come off, in spite of all prudent care. 

Customers are responsible to provide a correct and complete shipping address. Of Silks is not responsible for the lost items because of the incorrect shipping address (provided by the customer with the order).
